To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Real Estate program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named University of Wisconsin - Madison the most popular school in the Great Lakes Region for real estate students working on their bachelor’s degree. UW - Madison is a very large public school located in the city of Madison.

Of the 186 students majoring in real estate at UW - Madison, 74% are male and 26% are female.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at University of Cincinnati - Main Campus helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular real estate schools in the Great Lakes Region . Located in the city of Cincinnati, UC is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Women make up 26% of the real estate majors at the school.

Milwaukee, WI

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at Marquette University helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular real estate schools in the Great Lakes Region . Located in the large city of Milwaukee, Marquette is a private not-for-profit school with a fairly large student population.
