Concordia University, Texas came in at #13 in this year’s edition of the ranking.

Tarleton State University came in at #25 in this year’s edition of the ranking.
Full-time students from Texas pay an average of $7,790 in tuition and fees if they choose to attend Tarleton. Out-of-state students pay an average of $17,582. By the time they get their bachelor’s degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $24,970 in student loans.
If you are interested in distance education, Tarleton is an excellent choice, since the school is online.
