About 30% of the students majoring in economics at the school are women while 70% are male.

While working on their Bachelor's Degree, economics majors at UT Austin accumulate an average of around $18,940 in student debt. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $235.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Texas A&M University - College Station is a great place for economics students working on their bachelor’s degree. Texas A&M College Station is a very large public school located in the midsize city of College Station.

About 23% of the students majoring in economics at the school are women while 77% are male.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, economics graduates from Texas A&M College Station carry an average student debt load of $17,159. The average monthly payment of a loan this size is about $301, assuming that the borrower is on a 10-year repayment plan.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at University of Houston helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular economics schools in Texas. UH is a very large public school located in the city of Houston.
