Our rankings named City University of Seattle the best value school in Washington for business students working on their graduate certificate. This small private not-for-profit school is located in Seattle, Washington, and it awarded 11 graduate certificates in 2020-2021.
CityU graduate students pay an average of $11,812 in tuition and fees each year.
CityU does offer online graduate classes for certain degree levels. In 2019-2020 about 79% of the graduate students at the school chose to take one or more online courses.

The average tuition and fees for an out-of-state graduate students at Seattle U are $14,310 a year. By the time they get their graduate certificate, students from this school have racked up an average of $21,447 in student loans.
If you are interested in distance education, be sure to check with the school since Seattle U does offer online graduate classes for certain majors. In fact, around 71% of the graduate population registered for at least one online class in 2019-2020.

Central Washington University is a fairly large public school located in Ellensburg, Washington that handed out 13 graduate certificates in 2020-2021.
